Hey Good Lookin! Whatcha Got Cookin?

Food is the only way we consume energy to be mentally sharp and physically able to get through everyday. It's also how our mothers, grandmothers, and spouses have always taken care of us, it is almost literally the most important thing to a human, it is comfort, sustinance, and a way we can consume the affection given by others. Of course it is NOT a stress reliver, substitiute for actual affection, or something we can live without. 

Trying new recipes and planning meals is a good way to keep control of your diet. So I will post the best recipes here, some you can have as a treat and some you can eat every week.
