I have my Pop Pilates Instructor Course starting Dec, 11, 3 days before my birthday, which I am so excited for but it seems like since Thanksgiving my stomach is stuck on this inertia of eating! I've really never had trouble getting over the leftovers pretty quickly but now that I didn't bring any home of course now I want them. I think one cheat day is so much better than the 4 days of leftovers I used to have.
Maybe I will start making my fresh juice smoothies again. I am sure that will help me feel the nutrient dense organic fruits and veggies I need to get me in the best shape possible before the workshop ( or at very least not at the point of huffing and puffing).

Here are my most favorite things.. I have always wanted the sandbag for lifting and the bars are so gnarly on the abs at Body Rock. Capris and Fit Journal or the new planner from my OGorgeous store as hungry as I am right now the more time I spend planning my workout the less time I spend thinking about how hungry I am. http://www.ogorgeous.com/product/blogilates-fit-journal-20 ..don't forget if you buy gifts from me I will get a 20% commission on that to :).. I am also starting to sell Younique make-up they are a woman run company that helps to fight domestic violence and child abuse. My Aunt Jade seems to be excited about the quality so I can't wait to get my KIT. I bet I will be able to add the store page soon... I want to compare it to other make-ups. Do me a favor, tell me what kind of make up you're using and what matters to you.. i.e. longevity, matte or dewy finish, all natural ingredients, smell, etc. :) This way we can honestly weigh the pros and cons together =)

I'm looking at what to buy the kids that either A) has a chance at being remembered because it is so great or totally unique, or maybe something that is going to make them more smart or sophisticated. Here is what Forbes says, I think the Ozobot looks pretty cool, and I have also wanted to try the mindflex game http://www.forbes.com/sites/jordanshapiro/2014/11/27/7-intelligent-gifts-for-tech-savvy-children/.. Back in the day the choices were so obvious, Tickle me Elmo, Barney, Tamagotchi, Furbee, I feel like we all needed to have one of those. But did it make us any smarter lol? Maybe a game console will always be the smartest toy next to a laptop.

Anyways sending you my best wishes and prayers that you and your family are happy, healthy, and celebrating this holiday season. going to bed so I can wear myself out hopefully with a morning run/hike :D
