How Sex Affects Your Health

Sex is something we all desire "sex sells" and that's because it is one of the most fun things for our minds to think about and said to be something that can be a measure to a man's overall success. Maybe there are legitimate reasons we desire sex, maybe it's not just the distraction our mother's lead us to believe. Some legit reasons to do a sex life health checkup are:

1) God made us crave it for procreation and the survival of mankind (that's the doosey)

2) Sex makes us physically stronger(depriving yourself of it obviously does the opposite as well as doucing your chances of procreation -survival of the fittest) God forgive me for wondering why we wouldn't want more little preists, nuns, and monks running around) Maybe it takes the strength of God to resist such urges ans thats how you get closer to him through necessity)

3) Chemically our body rewards us with hormones that give a euphoric feeling (endorphins, oxytocin, serotonin) and does all other types of lovely things to our brains to make us happy

4) not only do we get to experience human connection in a physical way, but also a chemical, and emotional way (unless you block that part out, which isn't a bad thing but I'll get into why later)

5) Since our brains seek gratification from food and sex similarly your body is likely to try to make up for one with the other effecting every part of your health.

So what do we do if having sex regularly isn't an option? Maybe your partner isn't down or you don't have a partner. Have no fear we have many options here 😻

Also, music can offer similar satisfaction to sex, there are also many friend's with benefits that can be done in a healthy way as well as legal courtesans, as you can hear more about on my Popster Podster on Podbean. There is so much in the world you can do just remember no one will take care of you if you don't make it a priority. So love yourself, take care of yourself, and be healthy. Xo
