Reducing Blood Sugar for Weight Avoiding Diabetes & ACV "Miracles"

PERK #1: The apple juice in ACV is fermented and turns to alcohol then the

bacteria turns that alcohol into acetic acid... The polyphenols in the vinegar are antioxidants that help to prevent and cure diseases and possibly cancer because it is an alkalizing food and cancer only can grow in an acidic environment.

PERK #2: There have been studies that have shown that with 2 Tbs you can lose 2.6 lbs in 3 months, or 3.7 lbs in the same amount of time. This is when taken daily. DO NOT RISK DRINKING RAW do water it down and sweeten it with some honey. I am trying out a recipe I found on my beloved Pintrest with some ginger and turmeric added to help with pregnancy swelling causing this God awful pregnancy carpool tunnel syndrome (pure insanity from the peak of health to barely being able to type this out. I am so upset but anyways, drinking it raw can hurt your esophagus and teeth and no one wants that.
