It's a Challenge my Friend

I cannot believe how much weight I gained in just over 1 month out of town! Granted, I was soaking up the sites and eating delicious food, but I was limiting my intake and working out as much as I could. Anyways solution! Take this challenge with my new best friend, Andrew, and drop all the weight asap! I hope to keep my chest and butt this time around! I am meal prepping, and being sure not to cut out protein which I'm hoping will allow me to sculpt this fatty flesh into a shapely body!

I'm always amazed at how quickly my spirit can change especially when I'm getting serious about making money in the modeling, make up, and fashion industry. I am a strong woman but even as a strong woman I have to admit that the energy and vibrations of those around me greatly affect how I feel and as crazy as it sounds, it even affects how I look in pictures 📷! I noticed this after taking pics next to the girls I was staying with and how different they turned out lol. I dealt almost manic fluctuations of attraction (which I love milking the flirtation stage and of course makes me feel beautiful and glow in pics) to gnarly rejections and deal changes that were egotistically mood changing and unfortunately, very, very, public, think walk of shame plus 30 models snarling while you also have to move all your luggage out (ugh). How I feel when I cancel a gig 

To be honest it crossed my mind several times how damaging this type of behavior could of been if 1. I didn't have my friend who genuinely cared and 2. I didn't also have my fitness career to focus on. I really want to bring Pop Pilates to all these girls for their sanity really and mine! Anyways.. The Plan... 1. Chuze errryday...HIIT workouts, take advantage of as many team trainings, warrior events, and classes as possible, take advantage of sauna and pool benefits + creating a good support and accountability system i.e Andrew +..?

2. Bikram Yoga... I know we will improve all system functions, gain flexibility, and improve the efficiency of our weight loss..balance, harmony is everything! 

3. Procure MMA trainings... I know butts will be kicked in an intense and immediate way...just to convince Andrew 😈 4. Motivating myself to take morning runs and get on the flow with the people who are actually good at it and do it everyday.. 6:30am kind of people...those need to be my people lol...

5. Having flawless will power, and convince my friends I have always been this way so they do not question it and find the fat girl within 😈😝 

6. Quit smoking, have as much sex as possible, and drink red wine because well..you know the running and the cardio. 

7. Motivation...lots of it..I look here when feeling fat and lazy...

8. Feed my head more than my mouth..


It's spring fling time and all the best things are going through the air..great time to commit to yourself and brin
